Kurtz Update

In relation to my recent art projects I have been extremely interested in this criminal case since it began. Here is an update as the case goes to trial.
Is anyone surprised to see after the dismantling of the NEA and the Patriot Act, among other general policy decisions, that federal prosecutors are continuing to crack down no matter how threadbare their charges become?

Hey wait a minute... you are proliferating blueprints of WMDs! The impudence and irresponsibility of this action is unconscionable. Smokescreen words like 'art', etc. do not hide the fact that you are an agent of mistrust, bent on eroding the good-will of the free world. Perhaps they didn't teach you in academia that the market decides who the real artists are! *snort*

Pete: You're just jealous because you can't render gazebos with such depth and passion!

Jason: So they bagged this guy because he had a chemistry set? W? T? F?
